Thoughtful planning is a process, not an event.
Wealth management at this level is not portfolio management with a few extras attached. It's a coordinated process across every dimension of your financial life — designed to move together, not in parallel.
The Relationship
Every Relationship Begins the Same Way.
With a conversation.
No presentations. No sales pitch. No pressure to move assets.
The first meeting is simply an opportunity to understand your goals, your concerns, your family, and the financial decisions in front of you. Just as importantly, it's an opportunity for both of us to decide whether we're the right fit. Successful advisory relationships are built on trust, communication, and shared expectations.
Planning Begins Before Recommendations.
Financial planning isn't a checklist of products to own. It's a study of how one decision quietly moves the next one.
Before making recommendations, I take the time to understand the complete picture—your investments, taxes, executive compensation, retirement goals, estate planning, and the people who matter most. Only then do we begin building a coordinated strategy designed specifically for your situation.
Thoughtful Planning Doesn't End at Implementation.
Life changes. Markets change. Tax laws change. Careers evolve. Families grow.
A financial plan should evolve alongside them.
Working together isn't defined by a calendar of meetings. It's an ongoing relationship focused on helping you make thoughtful decisions whenever life presents new opportunities or challenges.
Direct Access. Lasting Relationships.
Verak is intentionally built around a limited number of client families because thoughtful planning takes time.
Every client works directly with me—not a junior associate or rotating service team. That continuity allows me to develop a deep understanding of your financial life and provide the sustained, personal attention that important decisions deserve.
Collaboration Matters.
The best plans are rarely built by one person sitting alone in a room.
Whenever appropriate, I work alongside your CPA, estate planning attorney, and other trusted professionals to help ensure every part of your financial life is working toward the same objective. Coordination isn't an added service—it's an important part of thoughtful planning.
If We're Not the Right Fit, I'll Tell You.
Not every advisor is right for every client.
If I don't believe Verak is the right fit for your situation, I'll tell you honestly. And if I know someone better suited to help, I'll gladly point you in that direction.
I'd rather lose an opportunity than begin a relationship built on the wrong expectations.
What to Expect
A Quick Call First
Before either of us commits real time, a short call is enough to know if this makes sense — for you and for us. If it's not a fit, I'll say so, and I'll gladly point you toward someone better suited to help.
01
Getting to Know Your Situation
This is a conversation, not a form to fill out — done over video, wherever you are. The goal is to actually understand your goals, your concerns, and what's sitting in front of you right now. What you share here, along with anything you send over ahead of time, shapes everything that follows.
02
The Analysis
Now I get to work. Everything we talked about gets run through the same process I've built over years of doing this — stress-tested, cross-checked, and shaped into something specific to you. Real solutions, not templated offerings.
03
Reviewing the Plan Together
Another virtual meeting — this time, I walk you through what I found and what I'd recommend, in plain English, with real action for you to take, or for us to take together. You'll see exactly what it means for your situation and what moving forward would actually look like.
04
Your Decision, On Your Timeline
If you're ready to move forward, we will. If you'd rather take some time to think it through or talk it over with the people you'd normally loop in on something like this, that's completely normal — this is a big decision, and I'd rather you feel confident than rushed. Either way, I care more about you making a good decision than I care about which decision you make. If that ends up being someone else, I'll mean it when I say good luck.
